Facilities
The NUMA building is located just off the highway at the entrance to Port Douglas, 10 minutes from the centre of town and the marina, and in the heart of the Craiglie industrial area. Currently the building has offices, editing room, air conditioned electronics/camera workshop, general workshops, and storage.

Port Douglas is a proven film location and the region has facilities to support productions of all sizes. The main industries in the Port Douglas area are tourism and agriculture (sugarcane). Port Douglas is one of Australia's premier tourist destinations with 5 star resort facilities immediately adjacent the world heritage areas of the Great Barrier Reef and wet tropic rainforest. There are two Marinas and a slipway to service the large number of tourist and fishing boats. The Port Douglas area has a unique combination of industrial and resort facilities.
